Job summary

Sundus Recruitment and Outsourcing Services, Abu Dhabi, invites an experienced Tooling Technician to join its aerospace manufacturing team. You will translate customer data into tooling specifications, design insights, and manufacturing instructions, collaborating closely with senior engineers.

Qualifications

Associate degree or diploma in engineering or related field.
3–10 years of tooling manufacturing experience.
Proficient in English.
Knowledge of DFMA/Lean/Six Sigma advantageous.

Responsibilities

Define, specify and qualify tooling requirements from bid to release.
Understand tool design based on customer data.
Manufacture tools per specifications with senior guidance.
Implement tooling process improvements to cut costs.
Ensure QHSSE compliance in tooling activities.
Apply manufacturing principles and industry best practices (e.g., Lean, DFMA, Six Sigma).
Utilize stress and liaison engineering concepts and analysis tools (Nastran, Patran, SimXpert, Esacomp).
