Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a dynamic Sales Director for Aerospace Connectivity Solutions to lead sales initiatives across the Middle East, Africa, and India. You will drive growth in business aviation and head-of-state markets, building winning propositions and strategic plans.

The role requires a strong background in airborne connectivity, exceptional negotiation and relationship skills, travel to meet clients and participate in industry events, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of airborne connectivity solutions including satellite communications services and hardware.
• Minimum 5 years leading sales in aviation connectivity.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to meet clients and industry events.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust sales plans to grow connectivity solutions in the MEA and India markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators, management companies, channel partners and governmental agencies.
• Create compelling solutions and proposals to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with customer account, support teams and regional leadership to drive growth and provide market feedback.
• Lead negotiations to secure win–win agreements.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Represent Honeywell Aerospace at industry events to boost brand visibility.
