Job summary

Client of Besst Group seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily healthcare and wellbeing operations in Dubai. You will lead teams, drive sales, maintain service standards and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include managing branch operations, achieving targets, coaching staff, handling client consultations, and ensuring compliance with health authority standards. A strong focus on process optimization and KPI-driven reporting is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Hit sales revenue and collection targets while keeping branch profitability.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate staff to boost sales and service.
• Deliver excellent patient experience and resolve complaints promptly.
• Conduct client consultations including upselling and cross-selling packages and products.
• Manage staff schedules, appointments, and coordination with doctors.
• Develop sales, marketing and business development plans to attract clients.
• Oversee inventory, stock usage, expiry monitoring, procurement and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, licensing requirements and health authority standards.
• Monitor KPIs and submit regular financial and operational reports.
