Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in business strategy, strategic planning, operations, or consulting.
• Experience in a consulting firm is essential.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management/Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support short- and long-term business strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Analyse market trends, financial performance and operational data to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with leadership to define, track and report on KPIs and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement standardised processes, policies and operational frameworks.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Lead operational planning initiatives aligned with corporate strategy.
• Support product development, project planning, execution and performance monitoring.
• Track project scope, timelines and deliverables; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare strategic presentations, operational reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
