Role Description The Advertising Sales Executive is a full-time, target driven sales job. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with clients across print, digital, and promotional advertising channels. The Advertising Sales Executive will conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal management and creative teams to develop effective advertising solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, meeting with clients, understanding their business needs, and aligning NetWRK’s services to help them achieve their marketing and branding goals. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and performance against targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with experience generating leads and closing deals.
• Experience in advertising sales such as promotional gifts, print supplies, vehicle branding, signboards etc..
• Ability to deliver persuasive Sales Presentations and communicate value propositions clearly.
• Knowledge of Marketing and advertising concepts, including print, digital, and promotional campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to work to targets, manage time effectively, and maintain organized sales records.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced agency environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
• Professional fluency in English; additional language such as Arabic will be beneficial.
• Prior experience in advertising or media sales in the UAE or GCC region is a plus.
