The ideal candidate should have experience in student recruitment education sales or admissions, with a strong track record of handling leads, following up with prospective students, converting inquiries into admissions and consistently achieving enrollment targets. While the position may involve occasional front desk duties, approximately 95 of the role will focus on admissions sales lead conversion and meeting enrollment goals.
