Job summary

Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC in Dubai seeks an organised administrator to provide procurement support and coordination across departments. You will handle daily admin tasks, process requisitions, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Diploma in a related field, 2–3 years’ experience (fresh graduates considered), and strong Excel/Word skills. You will maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with vendor registration and payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–3 years of admin/support experience; fresh grads considered.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare and process requisitions, orders, and related documents.
• Follow up with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and order status.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding documentation, invoices, and payment matters.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, and databases.
• Support the collection and comparison of supplier quotations.
• Prepare simple reports on orders, deliveries, and activities.
• Coordinate receipt and filing of documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely processing of requests.
• Track delivery schedules and follow up on pending orders.
• Assist in vendor registration and documentation processes.
• Support invoice submission and coordination with the Finance Department for payment processing.
• Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping of all-related documents.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

Experience
