Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking an experienced Sales Administration professional to coordinate tasks across the Vehicle Sales Department and ensure documentation control. You will develop and implement processes for consistency, prepare sales analytics, and oversee shipping, stock movement, and registration to support efficient showroom operations.

Candidate should have a commerce background with 7–10 years in administration, including 2–3 years in a managerial role and 3–4 years in automotive.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferably in Commerce.
• 7-10 years of overall administration experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
• 3-4 years in the automotive industry.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement Sales Administration processes for consistency and efficiency across all franchises.
• Prepare analysis and reports on Vehicle sales to support procurement, stock control, pricing, sales & budgeting decisions.
• Oversee shipping coordination with logistics and stock movement from PDI to showroom; minimize delivery time.
• Ensure efficient and timely registration of company and customer vehicles.
• Monitor VCC / Hayaza releases and ensure timely invoicing.
• Review bank deal documents for finance/insurance per guidelines.
• Provide regular reports and data analysis for principals and Management.
• Conduct monthly and yearly stock audits and reconcile records.
• Address queries from internal and external auditors and take prompt action.
• Guide subordinates to improve performance and develop for higher roles.

To facilitate and coordinate all the relevant tasks for the smooth functioning of Vehicle Sales Department and ensure Documentation control of the same

Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and implement Sales Administration process to ensure consistency and efficiency across all franchises.
• Prepare analysis and reports on Vehicle sales to facilitate overall decision-making on strategy for procurement, stock control, pricing, sales & budget.
• Oversee and monitor shipping coordination with logistics, as well as the stock movement from PDI to the showroom and ensure measures are in place to minimize the delivery time.
• Ensure the registration process of company & customer vehicles carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
• Monitor VCC / Hayaza release and ensure timely invoicing.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure the bank deal documents for finance/insurance are submitted as per the prescribed guidelines.
• Review and provide regular reports, data and analysis for principals as well as Management.
• Conduct monthly and yearly audits of physical stock and reconciliation of the same.
• Review and action on queries and reports from internal and external auditors.
• Deal with critical problems, major customer complaints or issues that may be escalated and ensure prompt action or decisions for timely resolutio
• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles
