Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and relay messages or transfer calls to the right person.
• Greet visitors/customers and direct queries to appropriate staff.
• Operate office equipment (fax, copiers, phone system) and arrange repairs as needed.
• Perform routine admin tasks such as drafting communications and organizing data.
• Maintain office supplies and assist with basic HR-related tasks.
