Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate office activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping; organize meetings and maintain documentation for monitoring and control centers.
  • Coordinate HR-related tasks including staff attendance, visa processing, onboarding, payroll support, and employee records in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Support medical services administration, coordinate with HR for medical benefits queries, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and medical benefits processes; manage databases and respond to queries; provide customer support as needed.
  • Maintain high-quality marketing materials and ensure effective communication; support educational administration and coordination of office operations.
  • Manage customer communications, appointment scheduling, client interactions, and maintain records to support service or real estate operations where applicable.
  • Provide front desk and reception support, handle inquiries, and maintain organization in accordance with company standards.
