Job summary

ShootLocations.io is seeking a proactive Property Acquisition & Onboarding Executive to grow and manage our Dubai-based network of property owners. You will identify, contact, and onboard new listings, ensuring complete, accurate profiles and compelling listings.

We connect filmmakers, photographers, production companies, advertising agencies, brands, and content creators with villas, studios, apartments, commercial spaces, warehouses, outdoor locations, event venues, and unique properties suitable for professional shoots.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Property Acquisition & Onboarding Executive to help grow and manage our network of property owners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and contacting property owners, explaining the benefits of listing with ShootLocations.io, onboarding new properties, managing listings, and providing ongoing support to owners throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential property owners across Dubai and the UAE
• Explain the ShootLocations.io platform, listing process, and benefits to property owners
• Onboard new property owners and guide them through the complete listing process
• Collect property details, photos, videos, pricing, availability, rules, and other required information
• Create, review, and maintain accurate and professional property listings
• Follow up regularly with property owners for missing details, updates, documents, and availability
• Provide ongoing assistance and support to existing property owners
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners and act as their main point of contact
• Keep the property database and CRM updated
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure listings are complete and ready to go live
• Categorize properties accurately and maintain relevant features and tags
• Proactively source new villas, studios, apartments, warehouses, commercial spaces, and other shoot-friendly properties
• Track daily outreach, onboarding progress, follow-ups, and completed listings
• Handle owner questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Candidate Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic would be an advantage
• Confident communicating with property owners via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with sales, outreach, and business development activities
• Good computer skills and confidence using spreadsheets, CRM systems, email, and online dashboards
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple listings at the same time
• Professional, proactive, and target-oriented
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, customer service, sales, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the full property onboarding journey — from the first contact with the owner to getting the property successfully listed and maintaining the relationship afterward.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with new people, following up consistently, solving problems, and helping property owners have a smooth experience with the platform.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: AED 3,000 per month (Must have Own Visa)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
