Job summary

GI Properties seeks an Arabic-speaking Videographer & Photographer to join our marketing team in Dubai. This full-time onsite role requires 1-3 years of videography/photography experience and a strong portfolio.

You will shoot high-end property visuals, create short-form social content, and support agent branding. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, and UAE driving license are preferred. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:30–6:30.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in videography, photography, or digital content creation.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating camera operation, lighting, framing, and editing capability.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience with camera setups, gimbals, stabilizers, and lighting gear.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Strong storytelling ability, high attention to detail, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture High-End Visuals: Shoot high-quality photography and cinematic video tours of residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
• Short-Form & Social Media Content: Produce, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts in both vertical and horizontal formats.
• Agent Branding: Film real estate agents for property presentations, personal branding, and talking-head social media content.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos using music, captions, transitions, and sound effects; color grade and retouch photos for a polished, professional look.
• Creative Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to brainstorm, script, and execute innovative content concepts.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest social media algorithms, editing styles, and real estate marketing trends.
• Asset Management: Organize RAW footage and deliver finalized edits within agreed deadlines.

At GI Properties, we are expanding our in-house media and production studio! We are seeking a creative, talented, and trend-conscious Arabic-speaking Videographer & Photographer to join our marketing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, onsite job.

We are looking for Arab speakers only.

If you love creating visually engaging content, know your way around camera gear, and have an eye for viral social media trends: from shooting luxury property walkthroughs to filming agent branding content and short-form Reels, we want to hear from you.
