Qualifications

• Proven photography and videography experience, preferably in luxury real estate.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visuals and branding.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (LR, PS, Premiere) and video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Capture photography and videography of properties (residential, commercial, off-plan).
• Produce property walkthrough videos, reels, and social content.
• Edit and retouch photos (Lightroom/Photoshop).
• Edit videos (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Operate drones for aerial shoots where licensed.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns and concepts.
• Maintain equipment and organize media assets.
• Stay updated on trends and formats; deliver shoots on deadline.

About the Role

Driven Properties is looking for a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our Marketing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that showcases our luxury residential and commercial properties across digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and branding, with experience creating engaging photography and video content for the real estate industry. You will work closely with our marketing team and sales agents to produce content that enhances our brand and drives property enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photography and videography of residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
• Produce engaging property walkthrough videos, cinematic reels, and social media content.
• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Operate drones for aerial photography and videography where required (if licensed).
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual campaigns.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with Driven Properties' brand standards.
• Manage and maintain photography, videography, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Organise, archive, and maintain digital media files.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, social media content formats, and emerging photography and videography techniques.
• Manage multiple shoots and deliver high-quality content within agreed deadlines.

• Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer, preferably within the real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional photography and video production work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software).
• Experience creating short-form social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, colour grading, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Drone licence (GCAA) is an advantage but not essential.
