Job summary
The University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) invites qualified academics and industry professionals to join the School of Engineering as Adjunct Lecturers and Adjunct Tutors for Autumn 2026, running from 21 September to 15 December 2026.
We seek educators with expertise in Engineering Mathematics, Statistics, Geotechnical and Civil Engineering to support undergraduate subject delivery, with eligible candidates holding a Master's or PhD and prior teaching or training experience.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related discipline
- Experience in university teaching, tutoring, lab instruction, or professional training
- Strong subject expertise in one or more of the advertised disciplines
- Passion for teaching and supporting student success
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of undergraduate engineering subjects
- Assist in teaching, tutoring, and lab sessions
- Support student assessment and guidance
