We are seeking a seasoned Ad Sales Manager to lead the growth of Amazon Ads (including Twitch) across MENA. You will utilize our advertising solutions across display, video, and custom ads to help businesses connect with their audiences effectively. Your innovative thinking will help us develop industry-leading ideas and unlock branding budgets.
As a key member of our CPG and Hardlines team, you will cultivate senior-level relationships with advertisers and agencies, advising on brand and performance opportunities and proposing tailored digital advertising solutions across Amazon Ads' product suite. Your skills in cold calling, networking, and prospecting will help you develop new accounts to complement our existing portfolio and achieve your revenue targets. You will be supported by our operations team and learn from our experts.
Candidates should have extensive sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, with a consultative, strategic selling approach and strong organizational skills to build trust in a new business environment. This role requires you to be based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Understanding Amazon Ads' opportunities and tools to create relevant advertising solutions.
- Educating clients on the latest video and ad tech products.
- Deep knowledge of the international digital market, especially video.
- Prospecting and creating new relationships with advertisers and agencies, leveraging networks and team connections.
- Closing deals and growing revenue from existing clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams for account management.
- Using CRM tools to track account information, sales progress, forecast, and prioritize to meet quarterly targets.
- Demonstrating a proven ability to close sales, generate revenue, and meet strategic goals.
- Ability to work independently or as a team leader.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising, and familiarity with programmatic ad buying and data-driven solutions.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling programmatic and data-driven ad products or platforms.
