ACMI Business Development

Responsibilities

• Generate ACMI lease revenue through proactive management of both existing and new lessee and lessor accounts
• Develop strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with airlines and decision makers to drive repeat and sustainable business
• Build and maintain professional trusted relationships across the ACMI ecosystem
• Identify and pursue new ACMI leasing opportunities through market intelligence, industry developments and operational events
• Monitor fleet availability and aircraft movements to proactively identify potential ACMI requirements
• Source suitable aircraft and lead negotiations on Term Sheets and Wet Lease Agreements
• Represent ACI at aviation trade shows conferences and client meetings
• Contract Delivery and Account Management
• Oversee operational delivery of ACMI contracts from execution to completion
• Lead commercial negotiations while ensuring contract expectations and operational requirements are met
• Maintain trusted liaison ensuring ACI is the main point of contact and ACI value is understood and accepted at all levels with lessees and lessors
• Travel as required to support meetings, contract negotiation, implementation and key milestones

Qualifications

Proven experience in ACMI/Wet Leasing, aircraft leasing or aviation commercial management. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and a collaborative approach. Demonstrated ability to generate new business and develop long-term strategic partnerships. Highly self-motivated, commercially driven and results-oriented. Able to prove long-term commitment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel internationally as required. Either based in Dubai or willing to move to Dubai.
