Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years in airline technical services or aircraft leasing, and demonstrates strong analytics, problem-solving, and English communication

We are seeking candidates for the Senior Technical Analyst – Pricing position to support asset analysis, forecasting, and technical oversight across our global portfolio.

Location: Dubai or Dublin.

Employment Type: Full-time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support ABL's Pricing department with deal analysis.

Perform "fly-forward" analysis of assets to forecast maintenance condition and economic value throughout the lease term.

Perform asset assessments to identify opportunities for owners and investors to maximize investment value.

Review lease agreements to identify key value drivers.

Support the technical and commercial teams during deal negotiations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally gained in an airline technical services role or in an aircraft leasing company in a technical position directly related to the job function.

Experience in aircraft maintenance forecasting.

Good understanding of typical aircraft lease structures and contractual clauses.

Strong technical foundation combined with an understanding of the commercial aspects of the aviation industry.

Strong technical knowledge of commercial aircraft and their maintenance requirements throughout the lease term.

Familiarity with aircraft maintenance programmes, technical records, and related documentation.

Ability to evaluate aircraft maintenance conditions and forecast asset value over time.

Understanding of aircraft leasing economics and technical value drivers.
