Job summary

Swissotel Al Ghurair & Swissotel Living Al Ghurair, Dubai, invites applications for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to support the Financial Controller in Finance. The role requires matching PO, delivery dockets to invoices, and ensuring accuracy in AP processes.

You will review invoice coding, perform reconciliations, and manage payments to suppliers with timely processing. Candidates should have 3+ years in a similar role, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Match authorised Purchase Orders and delivery dockets to supplier invoices.
• Ensure invoices have receipt/approval before posting to AP system.
• Review coding accuracy of expenses/invoices.
• Perform Supplier’s Statement reconciliation.
• Prepare payments to suppliers on time and optimize discounts.
• Maintain AP Ledger and ensure proper documentation.
