Swissotel Al Ghurair & Swissotel Living Al Ghurair in Dubai seek an Accounts Payable Supervisor to deliver professional supplier invoicing, payments and ledger control.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, at least 3 years in a similar hospitality position, strong MS Excel skills and solid knowledge of AP processes; you will supervise AP operations and ensure timely payments.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of accounting systems.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and supervise AP operations.

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve invoices keyed by Cost Controlling.
• Ensure invoices are bona fide contractual obligations with proper approvals.
• Process invoices to AP ledger daily and reconcile batch totals.
• Reconcile subsidiary AP to general ledger totals monthly.
• Prepare proposed payment schedules by the 10th and 20th each month.
• Present cheques with supporting documents to Finance Controller and GM.
• Maintain filing of unpaid/paid invoices by supplier.
• Ensure timely supplier credits and discounts are captured.
• Perform other duties as required by Finance Controller or management.
