Dubai Holding LLC, via Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence, invites applications for a Senior Officer – Accounts Payable in the Finance team. You will manage invoices, supplier communications, and payments while ensuring accuracy and timely processing in a luxury hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate is a accounting graduate with 2–3 years' experience in a five-star hotel, fluent in English, proficient with MS Office, and capable of professional internal and external

Qualifications

• Graduate with degree in accounting.
• Proficient in English and MS Office.
• Ability to communicate confidently with internal and external guests.
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Receive all invoices from the receiving department daily with supporting documents and verify against purchase orders.
• Follow up on statements of account from suppliers.
• Prepare all government payments before the deadline.
• Reconcile payments against supplier statements of account.
• Process payments for all local suppliers' final dues through an escrow bank account, attaching related documents and invoices for reference.
• Handle all areas of accounts payable and adapt to changes as dictated by the hotel and Support and provide necessary documents during internal or external audits.
• Address creditors' queries regarding invoices and payments promptly and professionally. Provide necessary support to the Financial Accountant.
