Job summary

Sanipex Group is seeking a detail-oriented Finance professional to manage end-to-end accounts payable activities in AX. You will handle posting supplier invoices, reconciliations, payment allocations, and monthly supplier reporting from Dubai, UAE.

The role requires 5+ years of AP experience and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring timely month-end activities and adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 5+ years of AP experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems.
• Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Post supplier invoices and ensure correct financial dimensions in AX.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and weekly freight invoice verifications.
• Allocate payments for general and trade suppliers; prepare debit notes.
