Ajax Systems is seeking an Accountant/Finance professional in the UAE to handle supplier settlements, postings, and reconciliations for a global security manufacturer.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years of supplier‑settlement experience, UAE tax knowledge, and strong skills in Excel, 1C and SAP. Proficiency in Ukrainian and English is required; attention to detail is essential and you will work in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 2+ years' experience in supplier settlements.
• Solid UAE tax knowledge and compliance.
• Attention to detail, analytical, and organized.
• Proficiency in 1C, SAP, and Excel.
• Languages: Ukrainian and English.

Responsibilities

• Documents check and accounting posting: receipts of goods and services, returns to suppliers, expenses
• Control over correct records of transactions with suppliers within orders/contracts, and records of required adjustments
• Reconciliations with suppliers
• Assist with tax filings and annual audits
