Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices.
• Match purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices before payments.
• Prepare payment schedules and process supplier payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Monitor outstanding payables and settlements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings related to AP.
• Prepare AP reports and reconciliations.
