Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance – Accounts Payable to lead and optimize the hotel's AP operations. You will manage invoices, payments, reconciliations, accruals, and vendor records in line with corporate policies and controls.

You will strengthen supplier relationships, support month-end close, and drive process improvements across finance and procurement, ensuring compliance and efficient operations in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Financial Control within a luxury hospitality or service-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, invoice processing, reconciliations, accruals, and supplier management.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance.
• Experience managing contracts, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accurate invoices, reconciliations, accruals, and vendor records.
• Maintain supplier master data, vendor compliance, and financial records accuracy.
• Support month-end close activities and reporting processes.
• Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal teams on invoice, payment, and contract issues.
• Oversee contract administration including reviews, renewals, and compliance monitoring.
• Drive financial controls, audit readiness, and process improvements.
