Kerzner International Management in Abu Dhabi seeks an Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable within its hospitality operations. You will manage supplier invoices, coding and payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

You will collaborate with hotel teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain strong supplier relationships, and support month-end close. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel accounting systems.
• Strong accounting principles knowledge.
• Accuracy, organization, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Process and verify supplier invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper coding/allocation of invoices and compliance with company policy.
• Assist month-end close and intercompany reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation for audits and vendors.
• Support auditors and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
