Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance – Accounts Payable to lead AP operations, ensure timely invoices and payments, and uphold strong vendor governance. You will collaborate with Procurement, Receiving, Cost Control and operational teams to ensure accurate financial records and adherence to policies.

The role requires expertise in AP processes, reconciliations, accruals and contract management within a luxury hospitality setting, with strong analytical and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Financial Control within luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, invoice processing, reconciliations, accruals, and supplier management.
• Highly organized with attention to detail, accuracy and compliance.
• Experience managing contracts, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with financial systems and ERP platforms; English communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Oversee supplier master data, vendor compliance, and financial records maintenance.
• Support month-end closing through accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
