Job summary

BEEAH Group is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in the United Arab Emirates to ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices, perform three-way matching, and support month-end activities. The role emphasizes strong control processes, timely reconciliations, and cross-functional coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of AP experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with UAE VAT requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Two to five years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, general accounting, or a similar finance role.
• UAE educational, cultural, or professional exposure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices, including three-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and invoices.
• Prepare AP reconciliations, month-end reports, accruals, payment proposals, cash-flow requirements, and AP ageing analysis within established timelines.
• Review supplier advances, open purchase orders, pending invoices, and GRNs; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, UAE VAT requirements, statutory obligations, audit standards, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with business units, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and intercompany stakeholders, including regular visits to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
• Support finance-process automation, accurate record maintenance, audits, and continuous improvement.
