Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Dubai seeks an Accounts Payable professional to manage transaction processing in line with SLA requirements. You will review supplier documents, process payments, and maintain accurate records while supporting month-end closings and post-audit action plans.

The role requires a Commerce graduate with at least 2+ years of accounts payable experience, and strong attention to documentation and compliance. Based in Dubai, the position is on-site with standard corporate benefits.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure completeness of documents received for processing from various suppliers.
• Process transactions as per Service Level Agreements.
• Record transactions accurately and update process tracking register.
• Escalate discrepancies and non-compliance with SLAs to the Commercial Manager.
• Maintain files and documentation per Group policy.
• Perform month-end closing activities as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with action plans from audit feedback.

To perform transaction processing activities in relation to liability booking while ensuring transactions are processed in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Review and ensure completeness of documents received for processing from various suppliers.
• Process transactions as per Service Level Agreements.
• Record transactions accurately in line with agreed processes and ensure timely update of process tracking register.
• Escalate discrepancies and instances of non-compliance with Service Level Agreement to the Commercial Manager.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the Group's policy.
• Perform month-end closing activities as applicable / assigned.
• Ensure compliance with action plans agreed from qualitative and quantitative audit feedback.
