Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking an Accounts Payables professional in Dubai to perform transaction processing in line with SLAs. The role involves reviewing documents, processing and recording transactions, and maintaining accurate records. You will escalate discrepancies, support month-end closings, and ensure adherence to audit action plans.

Qualification requires Commerce Graduate with at least 2 years in Accounts Payables, contributing to timely and accurate financial processing within the group.

• Maintain files and documentation per policy.
• Perform month-end closing activities as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with action plans from audit feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure completeness of documents received for processing from various suppliers.
• Process transactions as per Service Level Agreements.
• Record transactions accurately in line with agreed processes and ensure timely update of process tracking register.
• Escalate discrepancies and instances of non-compliance with Service Level Agreement to the Commercial Manager.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the Group’s policy.
• Perform month-end closing activities as applicable / assigned.
• Ensure compliance with action plans agreed from qualitative and quantitative audit feedback.
