Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya in the UAE is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The role focuses on processing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations while maintaining precise financial records.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely payments, support month-end closing, and uphold strong financial controls in a dynamic Food & Beverage environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience in Food & Beverage.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and AP procedures.
• Working knowledge of an ERP system.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
• Arabic speaker, immediate joiner.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process supplier invoices, payments and account reconciliations.
