FMM Garments Trading LLC is seeking an accounting and administrative professional to handle bookkeeping, VAT returns, and tax filings while overseeing AR/AP, invoicing, and bank transactions. The role also involves shipping documents, order details, and occasional website updates.

You will attend company events as needed and maintain precise records with strong communication. Proficiency in Excel and Xero is preferred, along with prior experience in similar accounting administration roles.

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of accounting bookkeeping and financial records.
• Experience in VAT return preparation and Corporate Tax filing.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Able to manage invoices, payments, receipts, expenses and bank transactions.
• Experience in preparing shipping documents and managing order details.
• Able to handle and update the company website.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Xero.
• Responsible for maintaining company documents and administrative records.
• Must be available to attend company events, exhibitions and pop-ups when required.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in accounting administration or a similar role is preferred.
