Job summary

Green Prefab FZE in Sharjah, UAE, seeks a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting, VAT, invoicing, reconciliations and reporting.

Responsibilities include monthly closing, financial analysis, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring UAE compliance. 2–4 years of UAE accounting experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree required; fluency in English and Hindi.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong MS Excel skills.

Job Summary:
Green Prefab FZE is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting activities and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Prepare and maintain VAT records and support VAT filing requirements.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Assist management with accounting reports and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
