Job summary

Cosmo Code Cosmetics Trading LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, VAT compliance, and financial reporting for a cosmetics trading business. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years accounting experience, UAE preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and basic UAE accounting requirements.
• Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Excellent Excel skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and supplier/customer reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
• Maintain VAT records and UAE VAT filing/compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers and customers as required.
• Maintain organized financial records per UAE accounting requirements.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and cash-flow monitoring.

Cosmo Code Cosmetics Trading LLCis a Dubai-based company operating in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, and aesthetic products sector. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team and manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and supplier/customer reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances and supplier payments.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
• Maintain proper VAT records and assist with UAE VAT filing and compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and customers when required.
• Maintain organized financial records in accordance with UAE accounting requirements.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and other accounting tasks.
• Use accounting software such asZoho Booksand Excel for daily accounting operations.

Working Hours:

Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
