Job summary

Constructive Technologies in Dubai seeks an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. You will manage month-end close, prepare management accounts, and oversee cash, debtors, and creditors, while ensuring VAT compliance and accurate reporting.

The role requires UAE accounting experience (3+ years), ACCA/CIMA/CPA progress or equivalent, and strong skills in Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel. We offer visa sponsorship and a clear path to shape the finance function.

Qualifications

• Qualified accounting credential (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) or progress towards one.
• 3+ years' UAE experience in finance or accounting is essential.
• Proficiency with UAE VAT and corporate tax.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and strong Excel skills.
• Accurate, organized and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Constructive Technologies is an engineering and construction software company serving major contractors globally. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai.

The role

• Run the month-end close, including journals, accruals and reconciliations
• Prepare the monthly finance pack and management accounts
• Full responsibility for credit control, debtor and creditor management, and the bank and cash position
• Prepare VAT returns and support statutory and management reporting
• Support payroll reconciliations and the WPS process with HR
• Keep the chart of accounts, controls and supporting documents in order
• Help build finance processes as the business grows

What we're looking for

• A relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) or strong progress towards one
• 3 or more years' experience in a finance or accounting role in the UAE (essential)
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax
• Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (essential), and excellent Excel skills
• Accurate, organised and comfortable working to deadlines
