Job summary

Constructive Technologies in Dubai is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team. You will process supplier invoices, issue customer invoices, manage credit control, handle expenses, and support month-end tasks.

The role requires studying ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent and 1–3 years UAE experience; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel is essential. UAE employment package and visa sponsorship available.

Constructive Technologies is an engineering and construction software company serving major contractors globally. We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Dubai. This is a good role for someone who wants to build a solid career in accounting.

The role

• Process supplier invoices and payments, checking them against supporting documents and approvals
• Issue and track customer invoices, and follow up on receipts
• Credit control, including chasing overdue accounts, and day-to-day management of debtor and creditor balances
• Handle expense claims, petty cash and staff reimbursements
• Help with bank reconciliations and filing of financial records
• Support month-end tasks such as accruals and reporting pack preparation
• Provide admin support to the finance team

What we're looking for

• Studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
• 1-3 years' experience in an accounts or finance support role in the UAE (essential)
• Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (essential), and excellent Excel skills
• Accurate, reliable and well organised, with good attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
