HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks a Client Retention Specialist to manage high-value UK clients within our Forex/CFD sales team.

You will drive retention, reactivation, and deposits while meeting KPIs and delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-growth brokerage environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Forex/CFD client retention, or 3+ years in Forex/CFD conversion.
• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, and financial markets.
• Proven experience in client retention and deposit generation.
• Excellent English communication and closing skills.
• Target-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.

We’re looking for an experienced Client Retention Specialist to join a fast-growing global brokerage and manage high-value UK clients.

• Base Salary: €1700–€3,500/month
• Performance Bonus: Up to 10%
