TopTalent Recruitment Agency in Dubai is seeking an FX Sales Retention Agent with Hindi to promote services, nurture client relationships, and convert leads into lasting customers. The role is full-time and located in Dubai, UAE.

You will work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a base salary plus commission, supported by an international team and relocation/work-permit considerations.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Hindi, both written and spoken.
• Retention experience in Forex/FX & CFD mandatory.
• Computer savviness.
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets.
• Strong mathematics and analytical skills.
• Excellent objection-handling skills.
• Ideally based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Hindi, both oral and written.
• Previous Retention experience in Forex/FX & CFD Industry is mandatory
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills.
• Ideally candidate should be in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
