TopTalent Recruitment Agency is hiring a FX Sales Retention Agent in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on retaining clients, promoting FX/CFD products, and converting leads into lasting relationships. Base salary plus commission offers strong earning potential.

Native Bangla fluency is required along with prior retention experience in Forex/FX & CFDs. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and must be comfortable with deadlines and performance metrics. Dubai relocation may be needed.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in Bangla (spoken and written).
• Previous retention experience in Forex/FX & CFD industry is mandatory.
• Computer savviness required.
• Ability to work with deadlines and targets.
• Strong management and mathematics skills.
• Excellent objection-handling skills.
