Job summary

Projectstudy in Dubai seeks an experienced FX/CFD sales professional to promote products, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into active traders. You will drive retention, upsell opportunities, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role requires native/fluent Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, or Thai, plus prior FX/CFD experience and strong negotiation skills. Relocation to Dubai is provided along with training and career development.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai or Vietnamese; written and spoken fluency.
• Experience in FX & CFD industry is mandatory.
• Retention role experience in Forex/CFD brokerage.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking; CRM and office software familiarity.
• Experience with international brokerage teams and trading platforms.

Responsibilities

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the company's FX and CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth
• Convert high-quality leads into active and loyal trading clients
• Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios
• Deliver consistent, high-level customer service across the client lifecycle
• Stay up to date with financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates
• Work towards and consistently achieve defined sales and retention targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Vietnamese or Korean, Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in FX & CFD industry is mandatory
• Prior experience in a Retention role within Forex/CFD brokerage
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills
• Computer literate with good CRM and office tool awareness
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience working with international brokerage teams
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets
• Experience managing client portfolios in a sales or retention environment.
