Job summary

Techne Agency Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead social, content and influencer activity for international hospitality and lifestyle brands. You will own day-to-day client delivery, from planning and creative briefs to on-brand execution and reporting.

Fluent English and a track record in social content, influencer outreach and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Hybrid work awaits with on-site shoots and international travel as required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ agency experience across social media, content and client account management.
• Excellent English language skills, written and verbal.
• Experience with hospitality, luxury or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
• Proven ability to plan, brief and direct social-first content and influencer activity.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day delivery of client accounts across social media, content and influencer activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, creators and external partners to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Bring a strong social and creative perspective to day-to-day account decisions.
• Lead content reviews, approvals and production planning for shoots and campaigns.
• Manage content calendars, captions and publishing across platforms.
• Identify and brief influencers, manage outreach and campaign deliverables.
• Produce regular performance reporting and extract insights for clients and the team.
