CREATE Group in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Account Manager to own the daily operation and delivery of the social programme for one of Dubai's iconic destinations. You will sit beneath the Account Director and collaborate with our Dubai team and Cairo hub.

This role requires a project-led mindset, strong judgment for social content, and the ability to manage complex, always-on channels while maintaining brand governance and timely publishing.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 7+ years in account management or brand leadership in social-first agencies.
• Experience running complex, always-on social accounts with calendars, production, publishing and reporting.
• Excellent English and UAE-based availability to start in early November.

Aufgaben

• Own the daily workflow across the dedicated social channels: calendars, schedules, approvals and publishing readiness.
• Act as the first quality-control gate, ensuring on-brand content with audience value before client delivery.
• Coordinate daily production between Dubai and Cairo design, animation and editing resources with clear briefs.
• Maintain a disclosure log to prevent misrepresentation and escalate sensitive issues immediately.
• Be the daily client contact, consolidating feedback and ensuring updates are never chased.
• Coordinate creator and cultural collaborations, using performance insight to improve future work.
