Job summary

qlub is seeking an Account Associate in Dubai to support partner success and grow our restaurant network. You will engage operators, drive adoption, and turn frictionless payments into growth from day one in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You’ll own portfolio support, training, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, moving quickly, making decisions with limited information, and delivering clear insights for the KAM.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in account support, onboarding, or F&B/tech operations.
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems, Excel, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of partner portfolios with KAMs.
• Conduct staff training sessions to maximize usage of Qlub's solutions.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and extract insights for account strategy.
• Coordinate with Onboarding, Customer Support, and Tech teams to resolve partner issues.
