Job summary

qlub, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking an early-career US Sales & Operations Enablement Associate based in the UAE. You will help build the US sales engine, owning data, campaigns, and onboarding with autonomy across time zones.

You’ll work hybrid from the UAE, collaborating with operators and partners to turn payments friction into growth for restaurants, while learning from a fast-moving team. 0–2 years experience encouraged; English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Fast-moving, high-growth environment experience.
• Owns work and thinks like an operator.
• Interest in payments, hospitality and customer experience.
• Based in UAE, able to travel to US occasionally.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead pipeline and data management for new markets.
• Own CRM and account prioritization for the sales team.
• Design and run outbound campaigns to warm leads.
• Manage a small team performing research tasks.
• Own onboarding and training of newly signed customers remotely and in person during US trips.
