Job summary

Hilti Emirates in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Store Representative to join a high‑performing sales team. You will become an expert across the Hilti product range and deliver exceptional service to a diverse customer base, from contractors to large construction firms.

You will oversee store operations, demonstrate products, cross‑sell software and services, and manage orders, inventory, and cash handling while supporting clients with tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree; Engineering background or sales experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Living in Abu Dhabi.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Hilti Store and ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Demonstrate tools and solutions, cross‑sell software and services, and guide customers toward the most innovative and cost‑effective options.
• Handle order entry, goods receiving, repair acceptance, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Support local contractors and large construction clients with expert advice and quick, tailored solutions.
