The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring candidates. The successful individual will be responsible for working with HR to develop job descriptions and specifications, as well as posting job ads on multiple channels to attract top talent. They will also be responsible for scheduling interviews and assisting with the onboarding process.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. They must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A good knowledge of local labor laws is a plus. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy is essential.
