Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Head of Portfolio Management - Real Estate in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to lead the complete CRE portfolio. You will drive development strategy, asset optimization, leasing initiatives, and facility management across the portfolio, ensuring revenue growth and operational excellence.

The role requires a seasoned leader with 10–15 years in CRE and a track record in senior management, with a strong focus on feasibility, risk, and stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Commercial Real Estate, Asset Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial real estate strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and asset value.
• Oversee project lifecycle from planning to handover with design/engineering teams.
• Manage lease agreements, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Oversee property and facility management across the portfolio to ensure efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
• Monitor CRE P&L, budgets and financial performance; support long-term growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams and establish governance and standards.
