Responsibilities

Develop leasing and property management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Identify, evaluate and negotiate property acquisitions, leases, renewals and disposals.
Manage the companys real estate portfolio including commercial, residential or industrial properties.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify investment opportunities.
Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts and other real estate transactions.
