Job summary

Privilee is seeking a strategic Partnership Manager to grow and manage hotel, fitness and wellness partnerships in Abu Dhabi. You will acquire new partners, nurture relationships, and oversee day-to-day operations to strengthen Privilee’s market offering.

The role requires six years of client-facing experience, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a data-driven, results-oriented mindset to drive sustainable growth with partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Six years’ experience in a client-facing role, preferably in leisure, hospitality or related industry.
• Proven success in negotiating and managing partnerships with mutually beneficial agreements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions.
• Experience navigating complex negotiations and building lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partnership management: Acquire new partners, build and manage relationships, oversee operations and negotiate favourable outcomes for all parties.
• Commercial opportunities: Identify creative ways to drive value and strengthen relationships for Privilee and partners.
• Strategic market insights: Evaluate industry trends, member behaviour, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner operations: Support day-to-day running of key partnerships and collaborate with partners, UAE team and HQ.
• Performance and reporting: Monitor and report on partnership performance to inform decisions and drive growth.
