Privilee in Abu Dhabi is seeking a strategic, energetic Partnership Manager to grow and manage our partnerships in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Abu Dhabi Regional Manager you will acquire and manage partners, oversee day-to-day operations and help ensure Privilee has the strongest wellness and lifestyle offering in the market.

The ideal candidate understands the hotel, fitness and wellness industries and combines strategic thinking with commercial drive.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum six years in a client-facing role, preferably in leisure or hospitality.
• Proven success negotiating and managing partnerships for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and face-to-face interaction skills.
• Experience navigating complex negotiations and building lasting relationships.

Aufgaben

• Acquire new partners and build/maintain relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day partner operations and negotiate favorable terms.
• Identify creative commercial opportunities to add value for Privilee and partners.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Support partner operations and provide feedback to UAE team and HQ.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance to inform decisions.
