Job summary

Wozovee in Abu Dhabi is seeking a part-time HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations in a hybrid setup with some work-from-home flexibility. You will maintain employee records, prepare HR documentation, assist onboarding and offboarding, coordinate benefits, schedule interviews, respond to routine HR inquiries, and help ensure policy compliance across the agency.

You will collaborate with managers to deliver efficient HR services and support continuous process improvements within the HR

Qualifications

• Experience with HR practices and general HR administration.
• Experience with Benefits Administration and enrollment support.
• Proficiency in HRIS and related HR tools.
• Understanding UAE Labour Law and compliance support.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• English communication; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Confidentiality and collaborative teamwork.
• HR diploma or Bachelor’s in HR or Business Admin preferred.
